S-C Manitoba, Canada | Cut at 90° and start at the end of the field that makes them leaning into your header. Then run a more overlap so you'll have less of them trying to fight against the header. In small grains anyway I will run up to 10' of overlap on severely lodged crop. In tough slugging I would rather go 3.5mph narrower then 2mph full width at same load
Run rotor as fast as you can and concaves as open as you can get away with. My cr970s have a similar size rotor (just 2 of them) and I have run up to 1000rpm and opened concaves pretty far with good results
