Clockwise around Bush.

You could do first round of bush ccw then 2nd cw to cover furrow, your decision - it works ok. The blades are cutting at less angle going ccw so depends how tight your turn is.

Our bushes and sloughs are usually under 200ft across but you still make two rounds at least to give room to manouver with blades up to swing around bush and carry on past it.

It's been 40 years since we seeded with them, I still have a 18ft I will use on occasion for light tillage in some spots but that is different than remembering how an entire field was seeded.
