Subject: How do you run a Discer?

I am looking for some advice from someone old enough to have run discers for seeding.
My land is rolling and has many bushes to go around and I am wanting to use a discer to seed with. To be candid, (and honest) I have never used a discer with any success although I did play around with one several years ago but it didn't go all that well! lol
That being said I have a tandem IH discer (2x16) with a Martin type hitch which I intend to use.
So, I have a few questions.

1- TURNING - I realize you aren't supposed to turn right, at least not a sharp right, but what do I do when I get to a bush? Do I go around the bush counter clockwise? This would draw the soil away from the bush and would not give me a furrow to follow on the next round. Or do I make a sharp left when I get to the bush and go around the bush clockwise turning right all the way around? This might become an issue if it's a small bush making it a fairly sharp right hand turn.

2- CORNERS - To finish seeding the corners at the end, do you seed 1 pass straight to the corner? Will this cover the whole corner area? Or do you seed into the corner, make a tight left and then seed back away from the corner again? This would create quite a large furrow in the center of the corner wouldn't it? Or is there a better way altogether?

3- WORKING BACKWARDS - Have you ever worked the field from the middle out? I've heard of people doing that with plowing but I'm wondering if it's needed with discers since they don't throw the soil out as far but they still move it out some. What kind of problems would I find if I tried this?

Please don't just say RUN AWAY! lol Believe me, my previous experience is telling me that already! But I'm going into organic and the 1 pass tillage/seeding (good tillage being key here) and low equipment cost has convinced me to give it another try.
