There wd be thousands (including poek producers) that wd disagree with you on that statement.
Many people love ground pork breakfast paddies. Some seasoning of course.
It's the most common breakfast sandwich there is.
A large 55 year meat processing place near us sells thousands of pounds of bulk ground pork every year.
Just a week ago my brother in law returned from a wild hog helicopter hunt in Uvalde, TX.
Cut them up, took them home to local butcher shop in Nebraska and ground every pound into paddies and bulk pork.
And said it was awesome.
But, yes no substitute for beef.
