East of Broken Bow | I clamp it between two boards, then bend it. Can do a piece as long as I can find straight boards to clamp it with (can use C clamps in the middle).
Clamp it between the boards, find a nice level spot in the grass (nicely mowed is best) then work the tin against the grass to bend it pretty close to a 90* angle along the board, finish the bend by taking a rubber mallet back and forth across the bend. If you can find boards the width of the bottom of the gutter, you could make both bends without repositioning the boards.
Another option would be to find a seamless gutter or siding guy. I have seen some of them that could bend gutters custom widths, and if they have a machine that could do that, you could get one as long as you needed. | |
