North Mississippi Delta / Alabama Gulf Coast | As a former ‘employer’, I promise you can only pay about half of what a man can produce to stay in business. Lots of people now change jobs to get a raise instead of making the company more money.
My son is struggling to pay a living wage to men that don’t care to make him enough to pay them better. They want carpenter wages for unskilled labor work.
So-
Any man that wants to make more money should try to make the company more money first before seeking new opportunities.
