Milford, IL | I had wondered about adding an outside air duct to the furnace, maybe that would be a good first step.
Not going to eliminate the chimney, it has three flues and looks nice when viewed from the outside. I sealed the basement firebox/flue with foam board years ago to prevent heat loss, we do not have wood fires in this firebox. Occasionally have a wood fire in the main floor fireplace, not to heat the home, just to enjoy. | |
