| I don’t try my best to be good. I should try harder. No matter how hard I try I fall short. There isn’t anything I can do to attain my salvation. It was done by Christ on a a cross when he died was placed in a tomb and rose again and ascended to heaven. God was satisfied enough with that that it makes up for my shortcomings. So I don’t have to try, to worry, to work for it. I know that it’s not in my power but it is guaranteed to me because I have trusted in Christ. To think I have to do something good to be rewarded is a lie of satan. | |
