Shucked doesn't appear too offensive for right leaning values to me...it might even be funny if a person can laugh at some the "unique" things us small town USA corn growers do and say.
If a person would have told me 10 years ago that I would enjoy professional and amateur live theater I would have laughed at them. But, ever since I checked my too cool/good for live theater attitude at the door, and went with our kids and my wife to see The Lion King at the Orpheum Theater...I'm hooked and we even sponsor a couple local theater group, attend quite a few local theater events, and make a trip or two year to the Orpheum and/or Paramount theaters.
Thanks for the heads up, I see Shucked is going to be playing at the Orpheum in January...I might ask my wife out on a date...might even see if she's up for an overnight date at a fancy hotel in the big city.
