Where I work there is the potential to make $100,000+ a year. We can't get enough people to do the job. There's a constant "help wanted" sign. There are 50-75 seasonal workers from Central America that cost the company tens of thousands in careless equipment damage monthly. When you tell an American applicant that it's hot, cold, wet, dry, nights, weekends, outside, labor, most say no thanks.
Why can’t we pick our own vegetables?
