Subject: Government shutdown and FSA loans

I have a grain bin loan that has a payment coming due in a couple of weeks. Last year I just went to the office and paid it. With the shutdown and offices closed it doesn't look like it's going to be opened anytime soon. Does a guy just wait until the government just reopens ? I don't want to have any delinquency charges or dings on the credit rating because of their problems.
