coast of Maine | Any indoor furniture moved out in the elements will have the joints fail.These are the hidden connections where the boards are glued together .Maybe its a here thing with our usually damp cold weather.I always assumed they use glue thats in adequate for water.Maybe a great sealing coat of paint or varnish would delay the demise.New furniture being mostly glued pressed wood will fall apart quickly. | |
