Who has cranks on their traps and tarps.......push button all the way.  To each their own but when I'm the only truck driver and dumping a truck 20-25 times/day the cranks get/got old real fast.....and my shoulders took a beating.


Good Golly . . . . you made the transition to save your shoulders but won't trade trucks to save your arm/wrists and such ? ? ? There are plenty of very good, good value, dependable auto shift or full auto tranny trucks you could trade or buy into, just as solid as your current one. It's your body - but hard to have empathy if you don't consider your options to not have pain. 



Trucks are dumb, you nor anyone else can say someone else's used truck is as solid as a truck that a fella has been driving and maintaining himself for many years, $5k or less puts tarp and traps on, not buying much of a truck for that money......
