I wonder just how much horsepower was actually there? Would that be equal to a 4020 or a 4640? Impressive, to say the least. Reminds me of the old 20 mule teams hauling borax out of Death Valley.

... Hitch, not a team as reporter called it, would drag both of those tractors around the parking lot. I estimated 110,000 of pulling weight there, vs what, 24,000? My Dad has had draft horses all his life, and he’d pull a two bottom plow with a team of Belgian geldings, in this case, team being 2. Sometimes 3, Called a unicorn hitch. That plow was what an 8N ford would pull. Or B John Deere.
