NW Iowa | What are you guys using for a simple document scanner for your computer? We have always had printer/copier/scanners but after a few years the computer quits recognizing the scanner. The printer still works just fine and I can still print copies using the copier’s control screen. When we replace the whole unit the toner-print cartridges are’t compatible with the new unit so it gets expensive. Our unit is going down this same road again, prompting me to get a scanner only. The computer is a couple years old loaded with whatever windows version was hot at the time. (11?). So what is your suggestion? Walmart cheapie or something better? I scan a lot of documents into the computer through the year. | |
