Are you using Port B or C to input the corrections from your Parani? If Port C that you have pictured, Input needs to be set to CMR if that is the CORS stream you are using. Baud rate (38.5K) needs to match the baud rate on your Parani also. Change the baud rate last if needed to be changed as it will kick you out of your connection.
