This is 100% the right answer for Minnesota. I used to bacon wrap my tenderloins. Always hoped I wouldn’t get inspected because of this. Never did get inspected either. I know many people that sell stick, brats, and other processed meats in their farm store and don’t have a food handlers license. I wouldn’t mind getting caught with one product that is bacon wrapped but I would hate to have freezers full of processed meat and then get inspected.

The other thing that is horrible is all the people processing at non inspected facilities and have all of their meat posted on market place with not for retail sale sticker on the packaging, if I was an ash, I would turn them in, but oh well buyer be ware
