Halter is an intriguing system Halter from New Zealand that is ramping up in the US. They use a fairly simple base station / pole system for the signal. The collars have a solar panel on each side for recharging like other systems. There is also the ability to monitor health of the cow via heat detection or non-repeats after A.I. or natural service. https://www.halterhq.com/en-us/halter-system#block-4

Vence is another system that was purchased by Merck from the original startup owners. https://www.merck-animal-health-usa.com/species/cattle/vence

Gallagher has been around in the electric fence business for longer than anyone. https://am.gallagher.com/en-US/Solutions/eShepherd/
