N FLA | Sorry Russ. That's how I'm feeling about my rental. I got a call today 20 more acres sold today. I don't have to move tomorrow. But 100 acres of good grass is down to 40. It is a 40 that normally wouldn't sell, unless he keeps subdividing parcels then it has a pretty good chance.
Not really prepared to lose this. But I guess if we don't own it that's the lumps we take. I should say I am mentally prepared, but not physically prepared. I still have a lot to do to make the transition. | |
