Ft. Ripley MN | Well that’s why I’m asking. There is 4-5 other folks in the area that sell freezer beef, 3 for sure that do retail. I know I can ask them for advice. I know if I go to retail the government will need to be involved.
I’m not to worried about the burger idea.. there are some cows that are at the end of there life.. and then there are others that phase out of there time to soon.. those would make good candidates. I’m not gonna pass off run of the mill product… | |
