| Wouldn't argue with you on that. All of a sudden they aren't making any money but just hired new supervisors to supervise the supervisors below said supervisors. All while telling us we should attach the barns, build permanent chutes, change pen style, replace feeders and etc for no more money. Just years on a contract that barely let's the banker sleep better at night anymore now.
I'll end my short rant there and just say it seems like now is a decent time to hopefully negotiate somewhat of an increase in pay if you want to risk it. My contract is up in 4 months, I'll see what I'm willing to fight for soon! | |
