Depending on how closely the meat inspector is watching you it can get trickey selling beef sometimes. You can do well selling hamburger. But you need to do it right.
If selling pieces make sure it is USDA inspected and stamped as such.
Otherwise sell a box and the customer can put whatever they want into it.
