Subject: Troubleshooting Trimble AG382

Hey there, i'm having problems with my ag382. It fell out of my hands when i was changing it from machines. After when i installed it back into my fendt it was showing the satellites but not connecting with my modem and not recieving rtk correction. I figured this was a can bus fault. I tried getting support from my dealer but they couldnt help me with the communication fault. Also repair services werent prepared to look at it. So i was advised to buy a replacement.... after a while i figured maybe i could try to get it to work again because it was just laying there on shelf with those expensive rtk unlocks!! so i was trying to change the port settings with the ag remote to make it output nmea sentences so i could use it for rtk gps on different devices (mobile, laptop) through serial. I had an old ag252 that i used for those purposes so i just copied the port settings. Since changing the port settings now i cant get ag remote connected anymore. its telling me there is a baudrate fault. Is there any way i can reset the reciever, or are there any other better diagnostic methods? I believe the ag382 is comparable with an ag372. I also have pictures of the setting i changed when configuring the ports. thanks
