Eastern Indiana
Boy, that tough question might be an opportunity or might be a nightmare setting for 20 years. You’d really have to do a very very good inspection or you could be buying a pig in a poke water, fountains, water lines, post gates, all them little things that rusted and corroded over the last 20 years Concrete. How thick is that how old how broke up you start using that lot but heavy pay loaders on her to clean it might crumble and crack and you’ll have nothing but a high cost facility. It’s already September have you chopped corn for 400 head might be too late to chop silage and earlage and high moisture Corn in your area. No location posted so hard to tell you might be behind the eight ball already calves are high if I was not already in the Cattle game I don’t think I’d touch this one with a 10 foot stick
