My first post in Stock Talk (I visit it randomly). Your comments remind me of something I heard former Secretary Butz say at a conference in Nampa. Back in the 70's besides planting fencerow to fencerow, there was an oversupply of hogs, and the government bought the excess. You got X about per sow and if she were pregnant, you got more....
