Nebraska | We’ve been using copper napthenate treated posts instead of creosote but I don’t have a problem with creosote if you can find a good supply. I still use Red Brand wire and haven’t had much trouble with it, seems about like it always has been, higher priced than it used to be though like everything else. I have used a few rolls of other brands and I don’t know if they were bad but didn’t appear superior at all and I bought more red brand the next time. We won’t know how good any of it really is until 10-20 years from now. | |
