nw NC | Had a cow done a few weeks ago, I don't know live weight. The cow was thin, been nursing a calf for months and had developed lump jaw, so I figured it would be greatly discounted at auction barn, so I delivered her to local butcher facility. Carcass weighed 501 lbs, cut it all into ground beef, the best use for the animal. I got 210 lbs packaged hamburger. | |
