667 carcass? Not much more than 330 pounds of meat, and possibly less in my experience. The smaller the carcass + older the animal= lower the yield percentage. A well finished animal will yield substantially higher than one that should have been fed a few more months.
Just my observations from the few freezer beef we sell.
