| We are still working on our plan for harvesting the sorghum.
Last year on a smaller-scale, we chopped off the heads with a machete, let them dry and then ran them through a plot combine.
The biomass was very dry and the seed threshed well.
We briefly tried direct cutting with a grain platform fully raised a few weeks after a hard frost... the stems were not dry and just plugged up the plot combine.
