mercer county, il | Of the solar projects I know of going in, one of the companies wants it grazed, the other does not care one way or the other, and one wants animals nowhere near.
It’s kinda fun watching it evolve. And 2 of those are actually going on ground suited for it, non irrigated sugar sand, and a terraced rough patch.
I’m not against solar where it makes sense, or where you can still have a beneficial agricultural use for some of the ground. | |
