North Central Indiana | Now now, don’t forget there’s actual evidence we can look at… this started 20 years ago or a little more when China became a net importer, China didn’t want to rely on the US clear back then, Brazil was outpacing us by the early 2010s thanks to Chinese involvement and US regulations making us a higher cost producer, and the margin grew. Ironically both the US and Brazil have a fairly flat trend line on Chinese sales since Trump took office in 2017, save for 2023 when China spiked on cheap Brazil beans. But the trend appears to be back to flatline in 2024. But yeah, it’s Trumps fault and the other clown we could’ve elected would certainly be doing better | |
