Subject: RE: Soybean Carryout Without China

Whatever ND is a big state, geographically anyway, like another poster stated the climate has changed enough here that we are not conducive to small grains every year. I live in the SE corner of the state and after hearing horror stories about discounts some spring wheat growers have recieved the last few years there is no way am I going back and growing that crop again! It has nothing to do with crop insurance that growers have switched out of small grains. It has more to do with in the previous years row crops have been more profitable and a grower didn’thave to worry about wheat or barley quality discounts. I am talking about the eastern half of the Dakotas.
