Yes.. but soggy spring tends to mean more beans since the window for corn closes here earlier. PP isn't really an attractive option unless a cattle guy does it and can use hay millet or some other forage crop. There's more money tied up with maintaining PP acres the right way than just raising a bean crop.

If China would start buying I think we could be up in the $11-12 futures area easily. I think they will buy once harvest is over. When you think about it they are just going to get them for as cheap as they can, and normally there aren't bean trains headed for the PNW until October anyway... they will just get them cheaper and get their trade deal too.
