No, I didn't miss your point. I understand that he didn't say anything specific. That's why I said his comment was nebulous in my reply. I didn't answer your question because I don't think it matters if the government has a direct plan or not and the President says things that In itself can affect our markets. Just like his comments has affected grain markets and the prices of individual stocks.
