I think the premise was that if some deal were made that allowed for the import of inferior beef from other countries, it would have a negative impact on cattle prices in the US. I have seen nothing to indicate that this is going to happen but one never knows. The biggest thing the cattle market has going for it right now is that it is so high. What comes up must come down. The cure for high prices is high prices. I am sure there are other cliches that apply. | |
