He never said he was 10 bu under aph. He said it was under his 10 yr aph, there is a difference. He could have a 10yr aph of 71 and only be 1 bushel under. Last years 17 bushel more could be a huge outlier for all we know. It's easy to cherry pick one of the best years and then claim a disaster when the next crop doesn't measure up.
