I've got a couple of situations that look like that. In my case I just check the oil and add occasionally if necessary since the amount of leakage is very minor. I realize this is the easy solution but I've found that sometimes trying to improve a situation only makes it worse. More than once, Dad would say, "You should have left it alone, since the problem wasn't that bad".
