We have new Deere S7 800s and I’ve heard that taking every other paddle off the spreaders can improve spread patterns. We’re trying it on a couple of our machines. One of them went two days and the hydraulic pump for the spreaders quit. Do you think that this is related to taking every other paddle off or is it unrelated?
