Sure, OAT coolants were the rage for a decade or so, now they're moving back to HOAT or NOAT. JD may have never gone full OAT? Fleetguard, Cat, Peak etc. all make HOAT coolants that would be compatible with older engines.
DO NOT put 2EH in those cummins, unless you're absolutely positive it's been rebuilt and is compatible.
