There is probably an office in Langley that has a report on it, fat chance it would be released to us peasants.
Maybe watch how the politicians on the intelligence committee make trades.....

That being said like any communist country and the resulting corruption, they might be counting piles of gravel as soybeans, so who really knows what's going on.....

They probably prefer to buy beans with "brics" instead of dollars, that's just reality.
