Yes a woodchuck,I have killed ones that were large older males like that one.Friggers will charge you if you get them cornered.DO NOT handle them without gloves.The ticks they have may carry the powassan virus.There is no known cure as it can effect your brain like encephilitis...then you may die , my neighbor died that way.
