I would just consider us a midsize farm for the area. Me, two full time guys, and my dad and uncle. Both about 75 and cutting back some. Thinking I will have to hire another full time guy with the additional manure and to do some of the hog chores. Mill will have its own staff eventually but for now I am the project manager and principal founder. Great group of farmer owners involved up there.
