Not to encourage poor behavior but get a pole that is the legal minimum standard for overhead lines in your state. If the fiber line is too low take bolt cutters and disconnect it. It’s not a power transmission line and it won’t hurt you. Once they repair it a few times they’ll get the picture. Watched our electrical contractor do that one day at a field entrance of ours they were working in at a pump station. Couldn’t get their boom truck under the line, eliminated the problem. We never got questioned about it
