west-byGod-Pa. | Along the West Bank of the Monongahela River south of Belle Vernon, (at Allenport, I believe), is a facility that produces red iron oxide: primary use is for red paint primer: cheap stuff. It is a going enterprise, but not super profitable. Red automotive paints are indeed quite pricey & very specialized production.
