Periodically I purchase black sunflower seeds at a farm & fleet store. The last purchase about a month ago was $19.99 for a 40# bag. This morning I got a flyer from the store with sales and in it was the 40# bag of black sunflower seeds, now $24.99! Are black sunflower seeds an import item or was there a problem with production? That's a 25% increase in price.
