Northeast ks | They did that here, Kansas, without an easement. It didn't hurt anything. I don't think the wire is trenched very deep, so probably not going to hit water or sewer lines. We have rural water lines here, and they usually ask the property owner's permission to trech across the right of way. I remember one guy didn't want trenched across, so we had to trench across another neighbor, which added more expense. You would think neighbors would help each other out, but not always the case. | |
