Ludington/Manistee MI area
Very surprised by this. My lab is as chilled as could be. He barks a big bark for bicyclists but doesn’t go after them. When my daughter was a infant if we brought the car seat in the house with her in it and she fussed he’d walk up to her and give her a big lick on the cheek and keep going. Once she got crawling she’d use him as a pillow. The look on his face and ears was you got to be ****ting me but he just laid there once he had too much he’d hide in the laundry room. I’d like to think if someone messed with my kids he’d protect his pack but not sure he would. Now if he sees a woodchuck he goes into full killer mode with a bark to match.
