I have places on my left arm like that. My Dermatologist says they are sun damage. I see my dermatologist twice a year as a Melanoma patient and if you do not see one, I would start.
Farmers spend way too much time in the sun not to see one and throw that damn ball cap/farmer hat away and get one with a wide brim.
