Western Oregon | Never had a "grill" but always had a camp fire ring with a grate. We are off grid and have an outdoor kitchen. I love to cook in a Dutch oven, bread to dessert to beans but hamburgers and fish always over open fire. Not a steak eater (weak teeth from polio, then false teeth) but when I do cook one, it is in an iron skillet, over open fire with a pat of butter....James | |
