ECIL | Year around for me also. I use charcoal exclusively with a small Weber kettle grill for the two of us and average using it 2 times/week. Some weekends I'll grill up enough meat for the entire week. I also use a Traeger pellet grill for smoking. In fact, I have a small ham on it right now. The nice thing about charcoal is it can be used in cold weather (-5 degrees, and yes, I'll grill a steak at that temperature). To me both are fun to do, and tasty! | |
